Simple access to your harnesses

Junior Dev uses tools already connected to the computer. If GitHub or Vercel is missing, its panel shows how to install the CLI and starts the official sign-in flow.

When the integration is available, Junior Dev will extend the flow to the backend. This part is not active yet.
