In brief: how we handle your data

What data we collect

Your account data (such as your email, via sign-in with Google) and certain technical and usage data collected automatically while you browse, such as your IP address and session statistics.

Why we use it

To run the service and your agents, let you sign up and log in, respond to your requests, and understand — in statistical form — how the platform is used, so we can improve it.

Who processes it besides us

Technical providers that host the platform's infrastructure and services, and artificial intelligence providers that process the requests sent to the agents. We do not sell your data.

Cookies and tracking tools

We use cookies and similar tools to run the site and for statistics: aggregate usage metrics (Vercel Analytics) and browsing analysis to improve the experience (Microsoft Clarity, active only with your consent). You can manage your preferences from the cookie banner at any time.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. A request by email is all it takes: it is free and answered within one month.

This is only a summary. For all the details — services used, legal bases, retention periods, and how to exercise your rights — read the full Privacy Policy →

Model training

Non attivo · in preparazioneAre you a company? We train custom models on our ecosystem, on request → support@agentiis.it

The status, always visible

The indicator above shows the status of our training program. Today we do not train models on users' data: the program is being prepared and we intend to launch it in the future. This page — and the indicator — will be updated before any launch.

How it works and how to say no

Participation in the improvement program is already provided for by the terms you accept at sign-up and is based on the legitimate interest in improving the service, as provided by the GDPR. You can object at any time — even before training begins — by writing to support@agentiis.it: it is free, has no consequences on your use of the service, and the exclusion also applies for the future.

What we will never train on

Data intended for training will first be anonymized. In any case, the following always remain excluded: data that directly identifies a person; minors' data; the special categories provided for by art. 9 GDPR (health, sexual orientation, political opinions, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, biometric and genetic data, trade union membership); data relating to criminal convictions; credentials, keys, and payment data; the private memory of your agents.

Deterministic filters

Our systems use deterministic filters that block secrets, credentials, and sensitive files on the way in: that data does not enter our systems, and what does not arrive cannot be used to train anything.

Additions to the policy

Sharing agents and invitations

When you open an agent's public sharing link (agentiis.com/a/…), we record technical events — visit and click — associated with a pseudonymous code derived from IP address and browser: the IP address in the clear is never stored. If you sign up after the visit, we link to your account who invited you and through which agent, to measure shares and recognize any future benefits. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Visit and click events are automatically deleted after 90 days; the invitation attribution remains associated with the account. For any request: support@agentiis.it.

Analytics tools in use

To clarify the policy: the analytics tools actually in use are Vercel Analytics (aggregate usage metrics, without profiling) and Microsoft Clarity (browsing analysis to improve the experience, active only with your express consent given from the cookie banner). Google Analytics is not currently in use.

Infrastructure providers

To clarify the policy: the database and authentication are provided by Supabase Inc. (USA); hosting by Vercel Inc. (USA). Any transfers of data outside the European Union take place with the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
