Responsible Artificial Intelligence
How Agentiis.com complies with the European AI Regulation, protects your data and builds a smarter AI together with you.
The indicator above shows the state of our training programme. Today we do not train models on user data: the programme is being prepared and we intend to start it in the future. This page and the indicator will be updated before any start.
The Regulatory Framework
Since 2 August 2024 Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, known as the AI Act, has been in force: the first law in the world to regulate the development and use of artificial intelligence in a comprehensive way. The Regulation is directly applicable in all Member States, with no need for national transposition.
On 23 September 2025 Italy adopted Legge n. 132/2025 “Disposizioni e deleghe al Governo in materia di intelligenza artificiale”, in force since 10 October 2025. It does not introduce obligations additional to the AI Act, but designates the competent national authorities (AgID and ACN), introduces protections for copyright and access to the professions, and strengthens safeguards for citizens.
Agentiis.com monitors regulatory developments and updates this page at every relevant change.
System Classification
The AI Act adopts a risk-based approach: each level carries proportionate obligations.
e.g. social scoring, subliminal manipulation
e.g. biometrics, credit, hiring
e.g. chatbots, conversational agents
e.g. spam filters
Agentiis.com is classified as limited risk. Our system (conversational AI agents based on language models) does not fall into any of the high-risk categories listed in Annex III of the Regulation. This means: no CE certification, no mandatory EU registry, only transparency obligations towards users.
Agent Transparency (Art. 50 AI Act)
Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 requires that users be informed clearly and unambiguously when they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system and not with a human being. This obligation applies from 2 August 2026.
In Agentiis.com every AI agent is visually identified in the interface with an “Agente AI” badge and a description of its function. At the start of every conversation a system message is shown reminding the user that they are interacting with an automated system.
What you see on the platform
Agents are never designed to deceive the user about their nature. Artificial intelligence is a tool at the user's service, not a substitute for human relationships.
Your Data for a Better AI
Agentiis.com may use users' anonymised conversations to train and improve its own AI models, unless the user objects. This function is governed by the following legal basis and by strict technical safeguards.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the legitimate interest in improving the service, pursuant to the privacy policy. You can object at any time, even before training begins: the exclusion also applies for the future.
What we collect (unless you object)
- —Transcripts of conversations with AI agents, anonymised before use
- —Aggregated interaction patterns (no identifying data)
- —Explicit feedback given on the agents' responses
What we never do
- ✕We do not share identifying data with external AI providers for training
- ✕We do not use the data for purposes other than improving the service
- ✕We do not keep conversations for training beyond 12 months from collection
The goal is independence from foreign models.
Why this is good for you too
Every conversation that contributes to training makes the agents more accurate, more able to understand the Italian cultural and linguistic context, and more useful in your specific field. The more users take part, the smarter the platform becomes for everyone. Your experience tomorrow is built in part by your contribution today.
How to object (or rejoin)
Participation in the improvement programme is provided for by the terms you accept at sign-up. You can object at any time from your account's Settings page, or by writing to support@agentiis.com, at no cost and with no consequences for use of the service. The objection does not apply retroactively to data already anonymised. The activation status of training is shown at all times on the Privacy page.
