Clauses that apply

Bonuses and free credit

IIS credit received as a free bonus (welcome bonus, daily or monthly logins and other free promotions) is internal platform credit, usable exclusively for the use of the AI services. It is in no way withdrawable, convertible into money or transferable.

These free bonuses are provided on an experimental basis: Agentiis may modify, suspend or discontinue them at any time, even without notice. This clause applies exclusively to credit obtained free of charge as a bonus, and not to any purchased credit.

Publication and review of agents

Anyone who publishes an agent in the marketplace declares that it does not contain, produce or facilitate illegal, personal, sensitive or otherwise third-party-harmful content. In any case, every agent is subject to review by the team before publication and must also meet Agentiis's internal technical standards. Review is carried out with the highest professional diligence, but it is not a guarantee of the agent's safety, accuracy or fitness. Publication may be refused, suspended or removed when these requirements are not met, and the reason is always given; without notice only in case of concrete risk, unlawful activity or a request from an authority.

Licence. The files of published agents are released under AGPL-3.0-or-later, today and at every update, except for components carrying their own licence. The system prompt is never delivered: it stays on the gateway and never touches the disk of whoever downloads the agent. What travels in the agent's folder is a description of its persona and the usage manual, both approved by the team.

Ownership and roles. Publishing transfers no ownership to Agentiis: the creator remains the owner of their work. From the moment the agent is in the storefront, Agentiis reviews it, adapts it to run inside AgentiisOS and distributes it, and for whoever downloads it we are the counterpart, with the review, distribution and support described in these terms. What remains with the creator is the truthfulness of what they declare when publishing: that the content is theirs and lawful. If an untruthful declaration gives rise to a third-party claim (ownership of the code, lawfulness of the content, personal data placed in the files, third-party components used without the right to do so), the creator holds Agentiis harmless for the resulting costs, to the extent permitted by law and without prejudice to the mandatory rights of anyone acting as a consumer.

Updates. Agents added from the marketplace and used through the platform (web, Telegram) automatically update to the latest version approved by the team. The agent-software installed via AgentiisOS is the exception: there the update is never automatic: the app offers it and you decide. The creator may withdraw their agent from the showcase at any time; anyone who has already added it may continue to use it in the approved version. Forced removal by Agentiis may instead also interrupt use by those who had added it.

Markup and sale price

Markup. The creator of an agent may apply a markup, that is a surcharge, expressed as a percentage, on the cost of the AI services consumed by other users when they use their agent taken from the marketplace. The markup is always calculated and credited as IIS credit. Such credit is internal platform credit, usable exclusively for the use of the AI services and to fund one’s own budget: it is in no way withdrawable, convertible into money or transferable.

Sale price. Agentiis provides a feature that allows agents to be turned into software in every respect, executable on the user’s computer and able to operate on it. For this mode the creator may set a sale price, expressed in IIS, that other users will pay to obtain the agent-software. The paid purchase feature will be activated at a later time: the price set today will take effect when paid downloads become available. Amounts received in this way are also internal IIS credit and follow the same conditions: not withdrawable, not convertible into money, not transferable.

Improvement programme

Use of the service includes participation in the platform improvement programme, based on legitimate interest and described in the Privacy page and in the AI Act Statement. The activation status of the training is indicated at all times on the Privacy page. Every user may object at any time from their account's Settings page, or by writing to support@agentiis.com, free of charge and without consequences for the use of the service.

Early Access (Beta)

Agentiis.com is currently in early access (beta). The service is functional and usable, but some features may be incomplete, subject to change or temporarily unavailable without notice.

The service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of operational continuity or constant availability. Data in the workspace, conversations and files may be lost in the event of updates or infrastructure migrations.

Agentiis reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, even without notice, during this phase. By using the service the user explicitly accepts these conditions.

Agents taken from the marketplace

For agents taken from the marketplace we are your counterpart: review, distribution and support. The files come under the AGPL-3.0-or-later licence, in the version we have reviewed and adapted for AgentiisOS. The system prompt is never delivered to you and stays on the gateway; in the folder you will find a description of the agent's persona and the usage manual, both approved by the team.

You are responsible for your use of the agent and for the actions it takes under your authority, including the tools and accounts you connect: check the results before using them whenever the consequence is significant or hard to undo. If you use it for professional activity you are a deployer under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.

Right of withdrawal. By taking an agent from the marketplace you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivered, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies. While downloads are free nothing is charged to you; when paid downloads are active, this confirmation will be requested at the moment of purchase.

Liability, warranties and limits

The general terms are those of the document linked above; here we set out the limits that complete them.

How far we are liable. Our aggregate liability to you, for any claim, will not exceed the greater of what you paid us in the preceding twelve months and €100. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data or opportunity. These limits do not apply in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

If you are a consumer in the European Union. Nothing written here or in the linked terms affects the rights the law gives you and that you cannot waive: the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and the remedies of consumer law remain intact. Where a clause conflicts with those rights, your rights prevail.

Name and trademark. “Agentiis”, “AgentiisOS” and “Agentiis Computer” are distinctive signs of Agentiis.com. The open source licences of the agents cover the code and do not grant any right over these names or logos.

Support

For agents taken from the marketplace we are your counterpart, even when the agent was created by someone else. Write to us from the support button on the site, the one inside AgentiisOS, or at support@agentiis.com.

We cover: access to your account, credit and payments, the working of the platform and its channels (chat, Telegram, desktop), and defects in an agent you took from the marketplace. We do not cover whether what an agent answers is correct on the merits: you should assess the results before using them, as set out in the marketplace agents section.
